Basic Sponge

Procedure

Beat eggs using mixer on high. Once eggs are fully beaten, add sugar, flour,
and baking powder a bit at a time. Bake at 160 °C (320 °F) for about
35 minutes or until tootpick you insert into sponge is dry going out.

150 g Sugar
150 g Flour
