Hard boil eggs and leave them to cool.
Mix meat with all the spices.
Onto lightly oiled baking tray spread meat in roughly square shape. Place eggs in the middle with their ends cut so they better align. Fold meat around the eggs to get a cylindrical shape with all sides covered with ground meat. Place bacon over all sides.
Cover meat tightly in aluminum foil, add splash of water and place into 160 °C (325 °F) oven for 90 minutes. Then take out of oven, drain excess liquid and place back into 175 °C (350 °F) oven for extra 30 minutes. Place onto broil until bacon is crispy.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes and cut into thick slices.
