Mix flour, salt, and water together until you get a smooth mixture (2-3 minutes). Add honey to the mixture and mix some more. Leave covered for 1 hour.

To the pan, add oil to fully cover the bottom. Heat pan to a slightly above medium (5½ mark on an electic stove). Dollup the mixutre into a hot pan (2 spoons per portion) and fry until top is almost set (about 2 minutes). Turn over and fry until done. The final result should be nicely carmelized on both sides. Place on a paper towel to drain.

Serve warm with some extra honey dripped on top.
