Veggie Stew
Procedure
In the pan fry onions and sliced peppers until golden. Add shredded carrot and
just sweat it for 2-3
minutes. Sprinkle with flour and mix until completely
dry.
Add broth, same amount of water, small pieces of potatoes (2 cm cube), and
spices. Simmer for 1:30
hours. If water level goes low, add some more.
Add mushrooms. Cook for additional 15
minutes.
Add wine. Cook for 15
minutes

For non-veggie variant, replace half of potatoes for meat (beer or pork works best). Don’t forget to brown it before adding!
