Soy burger patty (Soja burger)
Procedure
Mix all ingredients and form patties.
Fry in well heated pan on medium to medium-high. For covered for the first 5 minutes, turn (really carefully, ideally using 2 spatulas), and then fry uncovered for another 5 minutes.

Quantities are for 2 big patties or 3 small.
