Simple tartar sauce (Brzi tartar)
Mix equal amounts of mayo and sour cream.
Remove excess water off the pickles and grate them. Mix into mayo and sour cream. Taste for salt as whether you need more or not is highly dependent on how salty pickles brine was.
Add black pepper and nutmeg per taste.
Leave 30 minutes in fridge to combine.
