Ramekin Tofu & Eggs

Makes for 1 small servings. Takes 30 minutes to make.

Procedure

Preheat over to 205 °C (400 °F).

Oil ramekin.

Beat eggs by hand until homogenous. Add salt and pepper. Add cubed tofu. Pour into an oiled ramekin. Ideally, place lid on top.

Place in preheated oven to 25 minutes.

Ingredients

Salt and pepper are just a matter of taste.

50g Tofu
Salt
Black pepper
