Roasted Butternut Squash
Cut squash in half, make criss-cross pattern on each half about 3 cm (1”) apart, and brush with olive oil.
Bake in the oven at 210 °C (410 °F) for about 50
minutes or until
softened. Move to the upper oven rack and broil for 5-10
minutes.
